North India has a very rich and diverse culture. I
always wanted to visit North India.
So, I chose to visit Hindu pilgrimage centers of
Mathura, Vrindavan, Vaishno Devi And Buddhist pilgrimage centers of Sikh Golden Temple. Also had visit to World
heritage sites such as The Taj Mahal Agra, Red fort Agra. Apart from these
places, Went to Iskon temple, Raj Ghat
Delhi and India-Pak border at Attari, Punjab.
Because of the end of the december month, Lots of cold
and there is much fog too. Single digit temperature over there.
We started our journey from the Mathura. And Went to
Shri Krishna’s birth temple, Rangnath temple which was built according to the
South infrastructure temples. I felt like i am visiting some south Indian
temple.
On the second day, I saw the Kurukshetra place, Gita
updesh sthal Where Krishna gave updesh to Arjuna about his feelings during that
war. It was good to know about it what had happened around 5k years ago. Also
Went to Brahma sarovar (lake) and Bhishma’s place.
We were heading towards the Taj Mahal Agra on the third
day. I would say it is the great example of Masterpiece Architecture which
stands for Love. On the same day, We went to Red Fort Agra.

Taj Mahal, Agra)
On the fourth day, We covered Delhi. First we saw the
Iskon temple. Watched an amazing Life transforming Vedic Expo Laser Show. In
that laser show, Krishna explained how we can get Moksha.
Then we headed towards the Indira Gandhi Memorial
place. Then saw the Raj Ghat, Which is Gandhiji’s tributing place. Saw
IndiaGate also.
On the fifth day, We went to Jammu for
Vashnodevi-Katra. We started our journey at 9 AM and came back to hotel at 9:30
PM. Walked 32 KM up-down without having rest. Overall atmosphere is cold there.
But totally exhausted that day.
Then my final destination was at Punjab. I stayed for 2
hours in Jalandhar, Madhopur. There I visited one gurudwara. I become relaxed
over there.
Then I went to Amritsar where I saw Golden Temple. The
Golden temple is stupendous. Sikh people were very helpful and showing
hospitality.
(The
Golden temple, Amritsar, Punjab)
Also visited the Jaliyawala Bagh which is located near
to the Golden temple. I read the history there and also tribute to the died
hindus in that area.
At 4 PM on the same day, I was at India-Pak border at
Attari, Punjab. Saw the Parade there. Where our Indian BSF people protecting us
at the border. We should watch this place once in life how they are surviving
and sacrificing their lives for us.

My journey was little hectic but enjoyed..Overall
journey was good irrespective of cold :)
